Marloth Park is a wildlife sanctuary situated on the southern boundary of the world-renowned Kruger National Park. Marloth has its own wildlife and boasts four of the big five with the exception of elephant , however as the magnificent crocodile river forms the boundary between Marloth Park and the Kruger National Park you are likely to spot elephants playing in the river. Buffalo, Rhino and Lion are confined to Marloth’s game reserve “Lions Spruit” where as the rest of the game such as Kudu, Zebra, Giraffe, Blue wildebeest, Nyala, Impala, Warthog and plenty more aren’t restricted by fences and roam freely between the units that are built on 1500 hectares of true african bushveld.
Lazy Grapes is a clean, neat ten-sleeper self-catering house.
The air-conditioned house can comfortably accommodate up to ten guests and comprises two bedrooms downstairs, and a loft room upstairs, a large open-plan lounge, dining room, and kitchen area. The downstairs bedrooms each contain a double bed and have en-suite bathrooms. The loft room features two double beds and two single beds.
Bush Breakfasts can be arranged at Marloth Park and there are various restaurants available in Marloth Park.
Game Walks & Game Drives inside Marloth Park as well as Game Drives & Night Drives inside the Kruger National Park.
Komatipoort is particularly known for good-sized tigerfish which can be found in the dams and the Komati River.
You can take a walk along the river or a mountain bike ride on the many dirt roads as Marloth Park is a birder's paradise.
With great lodges and golf clubs in and around the area you can be rest assured a good cool down from the warm sun.
There are a number of mountain bike trails available providing some of the best views possible on a mountain bike.
Touch, feel and feed the elephants and then take an Elephant Back Safari through the bush in a 70 ha non-Big 5 area.
